30 Day Return Policy
- All returns must be post-marked on or before the 30th calendar day after receipt date of purchase.
- We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
- Refunds will be for the amount of the sale price only.
- Original Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Buyer pays return shipping fee unless otherwise agreed upon due to receipt of the wrong item or if it is received damaged.
- All claims are submitted through Customer Service department. Please go to our Customer Service Page and follow the step-by-step instructions or contact us and we will be happy to help you through the process.
- If the 30th day falls on a holiday or weekend when postal shipping services are unavailable then it will be the next business day after that date.
- All returns must be the original items ordered and in new condition unless a damage report was submitted. Please see instructions on the Customer Service Page or contact us and we will submit it for you and send you a return shipping label.
- A REFUND WILL NOT BE GRANTED IF IT IS DETERMINED TO BE A SCAM OR FALSE CLAIM.
- Pictures will be required for all damage claims.
- All returns will go through our receiving department for inspection.
- All refunds will be processed within 3-5 days after inspection is complete.
- All refunds will be processed back to the original payment form as cash tendered. If it was charged to a credit card then it will be a credit to that same credit card. If it was through Paypal then it will be a credit to your paypal account. If it was a check and payment has cleared then it will be up to the Buyer to request/instruct how refund is to be received.
- Buyers are also welcome to choose to exchange the item for another one of equal or lessor value.
- Buyers can also choose to have a credit to go towards another item that may be more expensive.
- We will treat each return as an individual claim and do our very best to make sure it is a pleasant experience.
